This company is full of $^!t!!! I knew something was up when the company decided to come on here and advertise their business on a RATE site! This isn't a place for you to stoke your own business, it's a place where potential consumers like me find information to help us in our search for a good professional company!!!
But then I said to myself well if you can't vote for yourself, who else will! So I gave them a call and the women became very agitated when I asked some simple questions about the products they use and if they seal cracks (which they don't). And when I asked her if she had a list of references or happy clients on their website, she said I was doing the WRONG thing by asking for references!!!!
I tried to explain to her that I've never hired a post control company before and wanted to do some research to ensure I have a good fit. She just talked right over me and said do you want to make an appointment or not! Not, you won't be getting my money!!
Also their website is bedbugs.com, I think they work under several different names cause when I called, they just said "exterminator." They may not even have all their licenses in place.
So what out fellow consumers!!
