Brought in my cloths, got them back in perfect condition. Told the manager what i wanted specifically on my cloths like stains, missing buttons, etc and got them back the way i wanted them. Also I've gotten some of my jeans hemmed. Great price and fantastic job!

Grace Hospice of Texas in Houston is a HUGE JOKE!!! While my loved one was in their care she deteriorated SO QUICKLY!! The so called RN never checked her out thoroughly. She seemed more interested in what was showing on the t.v at the time! It seemed that the LVNs that saw my loved one couldn't even understand how to read the blood-pressure monitor. And yes, that's plural...(LVNs)!! Medication instructions were told differently to different members of our family. What the heck is that about!!!! My loved one ended up with a HUGE hole near her tailbone because that idiotic, incompetent, stupid, good-for-nothing, lazy hag of a nurse NEVER CHECKED HER OUT!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ALLOW GRACE HOSPICE TO BE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR LOVED ONE!!!!!!
p.s And it's weird how all of a sudden Grace Hospice has testimonials of good service on their website. They didn't have it there before. Grace Hospice are liars and criminals!!!!

Larrilynn was two hours late. She brought the wrong chair covers (they didn't fit the chairs), sashes and centerpieces. She didn't bring enough sashes. She didn't bring the overlays for the tables. The groomsmen had to help put the chair covers on! She also did the rehearsal dinner and showed up 15 minutes after dinner started with tables that she had forgotten earlier!! I was very disappointed! She did not deliver what she promised at all!

This is a quaint old cemetary just north of downtown Houston on I-45 and North Main St. East. Quiet, intimate and shady it represents the better cemetaries of the 30's and 40's in America. All my family, on my Mothers side, are buried here and they include: Margaret Armstrong (my maternal Grandmother), Ruby Emis(my Grandmother's eldest daughter), Billy (William) Emis(Aunt Ruby"s only child) and now soon my Mother Era Blanche Armstrong of Cameron, Tx. who died today.

Very Rude & Unprofessional Behavior by the Owner

The owner named "AL" is abnixiously rude and very unprofessional. My laundry had stains and when I requested for a "redo", Al (owner) started shouting and pointing fingers towards me. This guy has no idea how to deal with customers and I think he is losing business as well as his mind. I have never been treated like this by any business in my life. This guy needs to learn customer service as well as take some training classes to understand that "customers always come first".
Serious issues with this guy - so called "Al".
