As my first experience to put my property on rent through a property management company, but Real Property Management seemed to do a good job. They communicated frequently and were very approachable when I had confusions.

Harriett’s knowledge of period furniture and decorative style, and her excellent resources for furniture, fabrics, trims, and fixtures combined to give us just the look we desired. With such a large project, it was essential to maintain control of a high volume of details and specifics while moving the project forward. Harriett’s strong organizational skills started us off with detailed furniture layouts and followed through to the details of specific fabrics and trims. LRI kept us apprised of the project schedule, costs vs. budget, installation plans, and punch lists at every stage.

Great Mortgage Pricing

I am thankful that I let Network Funding handle my mortgage. When I inquire to a lot of company in my area which is Houston who handles mortgage their quotation to me stands out. First thing is, they did not charge fees up-front. Second is prior to closing, the only out of pocket expense that was given to me was the cost of the appraisal, which is a very big plus to them. And when it comes to the closing costs and down payment which sometimes the problem with a lot of mortgage company, Network Funding will give you just the right amount that you can pay.

While trying to obtain an estimate for my move from Houston to Austin I'd elected to contact Second Ward Movers without knowing anything about them other than the reviews here. Second Ward customer representative, Lisa, was very Professional. In fact that's how I would describe them. They were the only movers I contacted. After the move, everything that I and the items that the movers had packed was accounted for. Not one item was broken or damaged. There was no hidden fees. They, customer representative, Lisa, and their movers were professional throughout.

Professionals with Great Personality

Me and my wife is very happy with Network Funding staff. When we first had a different company here in Houston also to handle our mortgage we constantly have personality issues with their staff so as we decided to have another mortgage and picked Network Funding to handle it we first looked at the personality of their people to avoid personality clash. We were not disappointed because the staffs are very well trained and educated and the best thing is that they are personable. They accommodate us well and made us feel important. They listen to our concerns and questions and explain things very well.

I haven’t moved a lot but I have heard some horrific stories from my family and friends. These guys found a way to move my things up a very tight flight of stairs without any harm to my furniture. Seriously, there was no slacking or complaints from the movers, even when my wife had them move the sofa 3 times! Hopefully I won’t have to move again too soon, but I am sure when I do it will be with Second Ward Movers.

Seconmd Ward Movers is the best......Matt and Jose showed up 15 minutes early......they were polite, fast (they finished well below estimated time) and nothing was broken......it was amazing to watch.....they never left the truck empty handed.....and when they were going back to the truck, they were walking fast or running......and when they were in the house they were extra careful not to ding any walls or scratch floors......if you are looking for the best movers in Houston....Second Ward Movers are the best.....

As an employer Cornell (Corrections) Company is seriously not a real competitor in the job industry. Cornell does not care about its employees. The pay is less than poor, employees are overworked, and they are an "at will" employer. Being an "at will" employer means that they can fire you for no reason. I know you believe that it can not be true, but it is true. An "at will" employer does not even have to give you a reason to fire you. Many people in this company have been "let go" just so other employees or "star people" can have their jobs. There is knowledge of this throughout the company with current employees and former employees. If I were looking for employment I would bypass this company and look elsewhere. Also, this company was recently bought out by a company from Florida called GEO, which is also an "at will" employer. From what I hear nothing has changed, since the buyout.
Of course, I am a former employee and truly just want to warn possible future employees from the pain and heartache of working for an "at will" employer. Any job-hunter should checkout what an "at will" employer really is and be fully informed about the consequences of working for a company like this before they agree to work for them. I would love to tell the public about the incidents that I saw and was involved in, but I want to remain professional and impartial to the company so I will refrain from further comments. As an employee, be informed about your rights and that you literally have no rights when working for an "at will" employer.
Thank you for the opportunity to warn the public about these issues. If enough people boycott "at will" employers maybe this practice will stop.
Any one who has further comments and or questions can write to me at boycottatwillemployers@hotmail.com
