We used Limousine World USA in Houston on November 7, 2009. They ended up charging us an extra $150 because someone got sick and threw up on the floor of the bus. I called them and asked them if I could simply reimburse them for their time and materials to have the bus cleaned but they said it was their policy to charge $150 if anyone got sick. (They also charge $50 for each smoker oin the bus) I'm all for reimbursing them for the cleaning job, but we were forced to pay $150, well over their cost. They were also very rude to me and repeatedly interrupted me, repeating over and over again that it was their policy to charge $150, regardless of their cost.

These guys are awesome! Been using them for corporate travel for over 10 years now! Nothing but good things. The owner Adam is very nice and always professional. He's become a friend more than a business owner. Keep up the good work guys!

FRAUD!

Northside Cab Company fraudulently charged my credit card for $80 in March 2009. When I disputed the charge with Chase, they provided Chase with an undated signature slip which I signed after a ride in July 2007 and a fake transaction record from March 2009. They did not return my call seeking resolution of this dispute. I was forced to close my credit card account. Never, Never, Never, Never call them for a cab.

I took a National Cab from Hobby Airport to the Medical Center. Flat rate of $27 was posted at airport, but cabbie charged me $40. I also found out he took a route that added 4 miles to the drive. I called the cab company 3 times in 24 hours to get a refund, but the company just kept telling me that they could get a hold of the cabbie. Avoid this cab company.

Abba's greatest asset is the service that this team provides. Sam personally ensures that customers are accomodated and comfortable. Traveling today is tiring enough, without having to worry about ground transportation. Whether I'm arriving in, or leaving Houston, I choose Abba. Thanks for everyting Sam!

Well, i rented a Buick, Lucerne also for 4 days rented on feb. 1, 2008 and had to ext., for 1 more day due to a mix up with the time. renting at one time, returning at the same time. These people at avis had me renting at one time and returning at a time i didin  pickup, so i called when i seen the mistake they had made and got the time right and ext., at the same time. ok the rate changed and i didin know that until i went to turn the car in. these people charge me for 3-days @ $52.99 per day for the weekend. feb.1-4 friday-monday. then $91.99 per-day for 2-days feb.4 and 5, which was a tuesday and wednesday. with the taxes and other charges they put on there came up to $426.29 break down.
3days@52.99 per-day= $158.97
2days@91.99 per-day= $183.98
discount 10.0= $34.29
$4.65/dy surchg. per-day= $23.25
$4.49/rntl.= $4.49
11.11% = $34.29
Taxable Subtot = $370.69
Tax 15.000% = $55.60
Total Charges = $426.29
Tax Incl 5% Stadium tax
Concession Recovery Fee

This is bull, i went to the airport in a car to pickup that car how in the world can they charge u a dam rental bus fee?????? this is carzy. you don't wanna rent from avis they will get over on you and please look at you time of rental, and return time.

Terrible Service and Shady Owner! I had ordered 6 hours of limo service from aim limousine from 12 noon to 6 pm. On the wedding day, a NON ENGLISH speaking driver has problems finding my house. After 1 hour of giving detailed directions to my house, the driver still did not find my house and was 25 minutes late. I finally told him to wait for me at Academy sports, which was 5 minutes away. I got to Academy at 12:30 pm. Ordered a limo and a 4 door Lincoln Town Car shows up. I contacted Eddie the Owner of Aim Limousine to express my dissatisfaction of the lateness of his driver and the package that I had ordered. Eddie and I came to an agreement to charge me 2 hours for his service and credit me back the 4 hours since he could not get a replacement limo for me. One week later, Eddie tells me that he is going to charge me the full 6 hours and that he did not recall our conversation. Dont use this service. STAY AWAY!!!!!
