The worst experience that I ever had with a contractor. The salesman kept calling me "baby", "honey", "sweetie" and "darling" until I asked him to spot. The actually workers who came out to do the work had such an attitude WITH ME that another contractor in my house actually said something to him. They will get the permit, but they will not get the inspection (for work that they did?). They didn't show up when they said they would (and didn't bother to call me and tell me). They expect me to take a day off of work to wait for an inspector to inspect something that I paid for them to do. You deal with one person as a salesman, someone else schedules your job and totally different people come out and actually do the work. The company is too big to give a damn about the little job. To worried about their big government contracts. I do not recommend them at all.
