I just had the pleasure of working with Atlantic Remodeling and must say I'm quite impressed. They replaced my siding, and from start to finish were nothing but professional and easy to work with. Great company. 5 stars!

I loved using Caplan Glass. I had them put glass tabletops on my furniture. They measured our furniture and installed the glass within 24 hours, and it all fit perfectly. (some of the glass had to be custom cut because of the shape of the furniture). We also ordered mirrors and would definitely call Caplan for any other glass need.

I have used Caplan Glass before with great success, but it seems now they no longer care about customer service.
I was trying to coordinate glass repair with Caplan and requested a measuring appointment. They came, they measured, then never called. I had to call them to request that they actually order the glass and move forward with the job.
Next, they came and replaced the wrong glass, then claimed they didn't. Now they are claiming they had to "re-order" the glass because it was the wrong size - meanwhile they never called to say anything was wrong.
I asked them point blank why they didn't call to address this issue, and told them their communication was terrible. The dispatch person, who I can not in good conscience call a customer service rep said, "Well I'm coming in on the tail end of this, so I don't really know what's going on."
Company is unapologetic if something goes wrong. I guess they think they are the only game in town. I recommend you look elsewhere for glass service in Baltimore.

Price Busters Furniture are rip off's I advise no one buy anything from them. If you do i advise you to inspect everything you purchase top to bottom before you sign the contract. i mean litterally take everything out of the plastic and packaging at the store and inspect it before you sign. My wife and i purchased a livingroom set from them. immediately getting the furniture in the house i realized the legs to the love seat werent there. ok they gave me them. i immediatly came back home from picking them up took the plastic off the sofa and on the bottom left side of the sofa there are two slices that looked like it may have been done with razors i called the store they advised me to call customer service and they will straigten it out. i called customer service the rude gentlemen said there was nothing he could do and accused me off cutting it myself. he then told me when i asked for his supervisor that there were no one above him but the owners and when i asked for there names and numbers he laughed and said (Im not giving you that) i immediatlly got upset and drove to the store in which i purchased it from. the salesmen went off on how he couldnt do anything and that i should have inspected it and i should have told the people to take my brand new leather and suede out out the plastic on a dirty loading dock so that i may inspect which i feel was obnoxious. another salesmen then offered me 20 dollars which was a total insult and a slap in the face. the salesmen that i purchased it from offered if i pay an additional 100 dollars that i can have the storeroom model which everyone in the world come in browse and sit on it i then sad i dont think so. he then said if i pay 100 dollars he could give me a brand new one. prior to all of this earliers
that day i had to bring the defected tables back and i asked him if i may just have the ones in the showroom he stated (no we are not allowed to give a customer showroom furniture because if anything happens it would be our fault because theres not telling how long it been sitting there) so why was he offering me a sofa from the showroom. i realized nothing would be resolved so i left discussed and upset. i wouldnt recoomend then to my worst enemy. also i found out that they sell there leather sofas cheaper than everyone else because the replace all there leathe with vinyl and sell it cheaper there quality of there furniture is very poor and if you purchase anything from them your more likely gonna have to purchase a new one within a year maybe less. so take it from me they are ripoffs there customer service such and there furniture is lame go to value city the room store or anywhere but them.....

Do NOT buy a Dormia Mattress. Our $3000. King mattress is a piece of junk that has sagged on both sides and according to Dormia, it must sag to more than 2 inches before they want to hear from you. We were both healthy but have developed back problemswhile sleeping on this thing, so our only recourse is to throw it out and buy another one.

DELIVERY SPEED: Very slow. We were promised delivery within 7 days of the purchase. Over 2 weeks later and we only have the mattress, with no foundation.

ORDER ACCURACY: The order for the mattress, foundation and frame were promised to be delivered on the same day. We just received the mattress, and the order the delivery crew had showed only the mattress - with no foundation or frame. Who knows when we are going to get the foundation or frame, as there is apparently no record of the rest of our order, despite the full purchase price for the order having gone through the credit card.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Absolutely deplorable. Reaching anyone at the store location was near impossible, requiring two days and MANY repeated calls. Voice mails were never returned. The store sales person stated upon entry to the store that unless we were going to buy something, he wasn't going to get up out of his desk chair. When we indicated that we were in fact going to purchase a bed, he finally got up and walked around the store - barefooted. During the process of ringing up the sale, the sales person then proceeded to ask us for a job, regaling us with tales of a sad decline from the dotcom bubble burst. When we called again to inquire about the failure to deliver the full order, the same sales person (again) launched into how the order processing system works, without answering questions as to how and when the order was going to be corrected.

OVERALL SATISFACTION: NEVER - I repeat - NEVER EVER buy a mattress from Dormia. In store sales service is horrible, the distribution center service is almost as bad. After being given the distribution center phone number to call and inquire about where our order was after a week had gone by, they stated that they had not even received the order in their system, and were not willing to provide assurance that we would be notified when the order was to arrive.

PRICING: While the price was fair, being a close-out model of the mattress, I wish we had paid the extra $500-$700 from another manufacturer if only to get fair customer service and a COMPLETE order. If we had not already invested the time in this order, I would have called and cancelled the order today.

I will never purchase a mattress from Dormia again, and I will be steering everyone I know away from them as well.

This company's reputation for delays and dishonesty grows and grows. Several complaints already filed with the Better Business Bureau are bolstered by user complaints found on other websites. Our experience mirrors theirs: incompetence, lengthy delays (a month from the first service call), various lame excuses for inability to get the part sooner, and most importantly, at no time did they EVER call. As seems to happen with most people who try to use them, we had another company come finish the job. And don't try talking to the manager--he's rarely there, and doesn't return calls either. Save yourself the frustration, the irritation, and most importantlyh, your deposit money. Check with the Better Business Bureau for someone, well, better.
