WORST CAB COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!The cab i was in to broke down in the meadle on the highway and when i call back asking for help they sad theare is nothing to do and i should call another cab company to pick me up!

Worst bed and breakfast experience I have ever had. Dirty sheets, hair left in shower, stained towels, pathetic breakfast, awful customer service, none of the automatic dial numbers worked, and the contact information they had given us for after-hours problems did not work. STAY AWAY.

Worst cab company. Driver never turned the meter on and then tried to charge $20 for a $10 cab ride. He locked us in the cab. The police had to be called for us to get out. Worst experience.

I called Diamond Cab an hour and fifteen minutes before I needed to be at my destination which was about a five minute drive away. After an hour there was still no cab. While waiting I noticed 4-5 Checker Cabs drive by. I called Diamond back told them to forget about my cab (which they had already done apparently). I called Checker Cab, they had someone there in 5 minutes and got me to my destination in time for my train.
