I've had my haircut by Dot at B & B barber shop for about 10 years now, for the most of that I had a flattop. Dot does flattops and clipper cuts the skilled, old fashioned way - using no guys except for her trained eye and skillfull use of the clippers. She is fast, efficient and talented. Men with longer hair also get their hair cut here with the same great results. I would not have gone back for 10 years if she wasn't the best in Portland for flattops and clipper cuts.
