Hello,
Recently I saw a Mouse pad with a computer publication of your company. As a Persian origin how lives in Israel, I'd love to know if we can buy / get two samples of these pads?
If yes, I will email you back my address.
Sincere thanks,
Bahat Yafa

Our roof suffers obvious water damage after 11 years. The roof was warranted unconditionally for 25 years against water damage or defective workmanship. The Tom Leach Roofing representative (Aaron Ortman, pres.) has not made a good faith attempt to resolve the issue in the 90 days we have been negotiating with him. He personally inspected our roof prior to recommending a complete re-roof.

In order, he offered 1) to give us the name of less expensive roofers, explaining that three tab roofing only lasts 15 years (even though they guaranteed it for 25!) and that the flashing installation (identified by several other roofers as the cause of the rotted wood) was "just how it was done back then". 2) When pressed he gave me a bid for $550 off an $8500 roof job. 3) Pressed further and reminded of Oregon regulatory statutes, he offered a partial repair, one that two other roofers called inadequate. Even though he gave me a bid for a new roof as a solution to our problems, he staunchly maintained that his solution was adaquate.

When we agreed to his repair, on the condition that he pay the price of half a roof and rotted wood repair should his repair not satisfy our prospective buyer (we are trying to sell our house) he has taken his offer off the table and now claims to not understand the nature of the problem, refusing to do anything without further investigation.

They still have the same warranty statement on their bid. BE WARNED, you will have to fight tooth and nail to get them to stand behind it and it remains to be seen if they will in fact honor their promises.

We have done business with Buyright Carpet & Vinyl on SE Foster 3 times in the last 7 years. Our first purchase/installation was commercial carpet for an 850 sq. ft. office. It was painless.

Buyright again was our choice for our 2 of 3 phases of changing our home flooring from builders quality carpet and vinyl to luxury vinyl throughout. The price was substantially less than 3 other estimates I got. I forfeited a $50 measuring deposit to Home Depot due to their requirement of a new plywood underlayment throughout our 4 year old home in order to install sheet vinyl of lesser quality.

Buyright did a perfect installation on the 2nd phase, there is a developing issue with the 1st phase that I have not yet formally taken to them involving seam separation. I am ready to do our final phase of vinyl installation. I will use Buyright Carpet and Vinyl again if they can make good on the seam separation near 3 doorways. If they will not repair the seams, then I will likely go with... The Floor Store on SE Woodstock - these folks are really personable and seem to truly care about their clients.

James is an outstanding person who is very knowledgeable on Oriental Rugs. He has written several authoritative books on Oriental Rugs. You would do yourself a great service by visiting him and acquiring his books if possible (they are out of print). I suspect the reviewer who gave James a 1 is a jealous competitor. I know James personally and I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed.

Joe was very responsive to specific needs regarding the tree-trimming that I wanted done. He provided a reasonable quote and I was very impressed by the quality of the work he and his crew performed. They cleaned up beautifully. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I built our own house and the sales person at Marion's Carpets helped us design all of our flooring including tile, wood and carpet. It was like having a whole design staff at our fingertips for free. The products were very competitively priced and communication about delivery and installation was great. I highly recommend working with this business.

I bought carpet from Marion's Carpets and had installed by them too. The crew was awesome! Everyone was extremely polite, hardworking and easy going. What a nice experience we had with the company as a whole. The crew arrived right on time. They left the area clean and neat. I'm so excited to go home everyday. My house had a makeover. It looks fresh and clean.
