I am just someone who is doing a research paper and I decided to pick Scamps as my Topic. I found this website and thought I would add my opinion. Now there just happens to be one close to my house. I travel by bus so anything close is always good. I am a student (who also loves animals)Now before this has become my topic of research, I can now validate some of what has been said. I was just in the Scamps pet store before this idea came up, so I observed a little of what is being said. The one time I recently went in to buy some cat food, It happened to smell. Now They had an ad looking for help. This position, was from the hours of 6am-11am and it was to "Sanitize the cage areas, front floor, front area. Sounds like a thrilling job, and definantly needs to be done NO MATTER WHAT and somebody has to do it. I believe it was around 3ps when I went in. Wouldn't you think if they are working someone part time in the mornings to "Sanitize" the cages out, they would want to continue rotating shiffs like 11am-5pm and someone 4pm- close. Now, I have also experienced the Sick pet issue many years ago but found Scamps to uphold a payment of half the medical it cost me to fix a LAME kitten about 3 months old that they sold me. I was pleased at that time. So now I must turn back to my research and actually do an interview of someone there, a customer, a clerk, manager or ? The idea is to ask them questions, put thatn together with the setting of the store, it's smells, the sounds, the sight I see inside, then put all the information I've gathered into a essay paper, and I have a week to get it done.
