I walked in with beautiful, sily hair and walked out with a burnt over processed disaster. I wanted a Wash, Cut, full highlight roots retouched, style and blow out. After getting me in the chair they said that they would only have time for the highlights and I would have to come back tomorrow for the cut - needless to say after the damage done to my hair I chose not to return for the cut. I now have an overly frosted look that did not match my previous highlights and my hair is so ratted that I can barely get a comb or a brish through it. The full highlights did not take on the bottom layers of my hair, the highlights do not reach the front of the scalp giving me an appearance of about 6 weeks of growth, and there are a couple Bleed spots near the back of the scalp.
I sent in a complaint via the website and my call was returned by the owner Wendy Tooley (Spelling?) . When I tried to explain the extent of the damage she accused me of lying and being a part of some interpersonal drama they seem to be having at this location. Finally she did offer to refund half of the $90 and almost immediately hung up on me. She was rude and uncaring. I would not recommend this salon simnply because you might get a decent hair cut BUT if you don't they honestly don't care. In this difficult economic time I would much rather give my hard earned dollars to someone who appreciates my business and is willing to stand behind their work. No amount of money can fix the damage done to my hair which I have been growing for YEARS now I will have to cut off atleast 3 feet and just wait for it to grow out again. BUYER BEWARE!
