I was searching for an online shop for buying a cargo trailer. After a long search I find this http://milltrailers.com site. Their support in coordinating the order and delivery schedule is very much appreciated. It was actually an enjoyable experience that never had me doubting for a minute that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate the workmanship that everyone put into the cargo trailer. I cannot thank you enough for this cargo trailer.

I wanted to return a coat I purchased at Bachrach because I didn't like the way it fit. However, the store at keystone at the crossing in indianapolis refused the return of my expensive coat because they said I wore it once. Mind you, I had my receipt and the coat was brand new. Maybe I would expect a rigid return policy if I had purschased the coat at Wal-Mart, but not at a high end store like Bachrach. Or, even if they provided me with an in-store credit or a discount on my next purchase would have consoled me. But to send me away with no recourse is archaic is unfriendly. BTW, the fuel to the fire was the fact that the manager was a crass snob. Maybe I should take their merchandise to their neighbors at Nordstroms who know something about how to treat people who actually spend money in their store, especially in a down economy. Advice: Whatever you do, don't shop this store if you believe in 21 century customer service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! My Mother -in-law spent nearly $600 at their affiliate on line (Horizon Hobby). HobbyTown comes up on HH's store locater because they are of the same franchise. She bought her four grandson's each a remote control helicopter for $140 ea before tax for Christmas. She was told they were the top of the line and you get what you pay for so she chose the most expensive model (Force RC). She let them know they were for boys 5-10 and they were happy to sell them to her. None of the four helicopters lasted even 10 minutes. My husband read all the instructions and is not stupid, actually very mechanically inclined for an Oracle business person! Anyone will naturally crash these helicopters the first few times until you get the hang of it, and as for kids, FORGETABOUTIT!!! Pieces starting falling off and breaking left and right. When I took them in to let them know how unhappy we were and what a complete rip off they were, they manager basically said "BUYER BEWARE"! He would not exchange, fix, nothing. When I stated that I worked in retail a very long time and you have to stand my your merchandise he told me no can do. I said I would never buy anything here and tell everyone I knew and he basically said fine. He wanted to show me how he could operate it just fine without dropping it. Well good for YOU! He's probably worked there forever and I'm sure he crashed a few when he opened his first box!! I hope these people are found out, and soon!!!

Good product -- Poor Service

Owner/Operator seems to be unableel to effectively deal with the public. He has an open storefront, but seems irritiated at walk-in traffic, much prefering to handle business by appointment. Seems easily distracted by little things -- When I visitied, we found a minor problem with the shoes I purchased. I understood teh proboem, and could have fixed it myself at Walmart. But the owner spent almost an hour looking through boxes int eh back fro replacement laces, making multiple notes to call the manufacturer on Monday, and complaining about how this has never happend before.

After purchasing and wearing the shoes for a couple of weeks, the custom "computer designed" inserts purchased for my shoes proved to be unsuitable, casusing my ankles to weaken. When informed of this, the owner became short tempered, and dismissed me with, "Excuse me for trying to help you!".

And I have not yet received the partial refund from Medicare, as promised.

The shoes themselves were of high quaility, but A.D.D. level service makes this place difficult to work with. Suggest you put up with the foot pain for a couple of more hours, and drive to a different store.

I have taken piano, guitar, and voice lessons at Meridian Music over the past 8 years. Every one of my teachers was amazing, with college degrees in music, previous experience, connections, and plenty of knowledge! I have gotten to know a lot of the teachers just from spending time there, and have not met one teacher who was not welcoming, nice, and genuine. With sound-proof practice rooms, an upright piano in each room, and a beautiful recital hall (Munger Hall), Meridian Music is really the ideal place for any sort of music lesson! Downstairs, the beautiful grand pianos, uprights, Clavinovas (digital pianos), and even used pianos dazzle students as they walk to their rooms upstairs. The sales people are always very friendly and so helpful! Whether you are coming in to get a piano or not, you can expect an honest answer about any of your piano or music questions. Located on the same floor as the spectacular pianos is Dave's Music Den. Daves is actually a separate company located inside of Meridian Music. If they do not have the sheet music you are looking for on the floor, they can find it on their computer and print it out for you. They have everything from piano books, lamps, and guitar strings. I would strongly recommend Meridian Music to anyone looking for lessons, a piano, or sheet music.
