I wanted to update everyone that Bright Horizons is now UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT as of 9/2009! The new Director is absolutely fantastic! The center under went a complete transformation of the facility, staff, and management. Everything (from the classrooms to the playgrounds to the main lobby) was reorganized and cleaned out and a bunch of new supplies and equipment were brought in. All of the teachers are CPR & First Aid certified, have at least 10 years of experience and education. The center officially opened to the community on Nov. 2nd so STOP IN FOR A TOUR and come meet the new director and staff! Thank you!

The other guys who posted must work for them. These guys were a bunch of tools. I am a retired cop (CA Agancy) and have work in security in another state for 5 years. I was asked to come to CA by my company so had to get the CA training. I thought maybe I will learn something. I did. Not to work with these guys. Not only was the training bad but they did not even know the penal code. Now I am not an attorney but I can read the book (PC) and figure out that they are either not well versed in it or just can not understand basic legal terms if they have read it. The worst part for me was seeing a bunch of others who all paid to be trained not be trained. This is what is wrong with the security industry in CA. Bad training. If you want to learn to shoot go to a shooting school then get your BSIS cert. I kept awake during the class making a list of the things they said that were wrong. Even when I went to the instructor with the penal code in hand and showed him he was wrong he blew me off. Now I have to either find someone else or go back in 6 months to shoot again.

The facility was fine and parking was not an issue. The price was spelled out in total and no hidden fees or the like but that should be a normal thing not something to complement them on for not over charging you. I have not tried any other school so can not compare. I would try my luck somewhere else if I was reading this.

I was very pleased with the professional attitude of all the poeple at CSTA. They have many years of practicle experience and it shows in their presentation. There knowledge and confidence is shown in the class. I would recommend this academy to anyone wanting to persue a career in Security.

I went to Elite Security and they were NOT upfront about their costs. They actually told me that I had to take extra courses and gave me a estimate of what it would cost me, like $400 or $500 more!

I left them and went to California Security Training Academy where they detailed all the prices, no hidden fee's. The class was intense but fun. They dont stand there and just read from a book and teach you, they're very graphic and they had about 3 different instructors teach the courses, each one was a expert in their area. Not just a know it all.

This place is horrible. Apparantly they fire their staff on average every 90 days. Like getting a new case worker every few weeks? Then this is the place for you. They are in constant chaos, lose your paperwork, and screw up everything!

Awsome school to get your Guard Card or Fire Arms License. Tha staff are former Marines and Special Forces. I got hired because I graduated there because all the Security Companies know the owner and instructors.

most teachers are great there. Main problem is the director. I am very uncomfortable with her even watching my child while giving other teachers breaks. She has little concern for parents concerns or feelings, and can never seem to make anyone happy or even try. Very much so agree with previous rating.

For a small private school you will recieve a great education. You can only transfer in with 60 units so, if you can't pass the community college classes you will not be able to pass these classes. This BA is earned not paid for and they do fail you if you don't do the work. Be willing to devote long hours to earn your degree. Big companies know the name so you will be employed after graduating. GGU law school is located in San Fransico. Do your research before applying at any school.

Frequently, the facility does not have soap in either the staff restroom or at the diaper changing facilities.

When you go on the tour, they do a great sell job. The reality is markedly different. In my opinion the director is uninvolved, the preschool is ill equipped, and the curriculum substandard.

Facilities are clean and well kept. Meals are nutritional. Curriculum and activities are age apprpriate. Director shows lack of interest in correcting behvioral problems with employees. Director's ability to respond to parent's concerns are slow and unprofessional. Director does not show motivation for best interest of particular children at all times. I have heard complaints about the director from other parents and would genuinely like to warn any parents from palcing their child in this center. Most of the staff members are courteous and good with children...however there are always exceptions to the rule.
