Martha Parker handled my first divorce in 1997. My ex-husband was very difficult and verbally abusive. At one point during the divorce negotiations he demanded reimbursement for mileage to take me to see my dying grandmother. Martha was strong, level headed, and a clear advocate for my rights. She kept me from being completely steamrolled by him.

I liked her so much that I used her services AGAIN in 2004, when I got divorced from my second husband. I know, I know, I can really pick them! Now I plan to stay single and stop using her services.

But seriously, she is the best.

Neal Kuvara out of San Jose, CA for personal injury is the #1 lawyer in our city. Our baby was involved in a car accident that left her injured for months. The person who hit her was a drunk who had ran a red light. The entire case was very daunting and difficuly for our family. The only positive thing about this who case was the fact Neal Kuvara firm handled all the matters and helped ease our minds. I still haven't had my case resolved but everything so far has been very professional and there level of concern in my case helped alot. If you are going to pick a personal injury lawyer in San Jose. Go with this one I promise you will not be disappointed.

The website for Neal Kuvara is very good. The statement made on there homepage about having 20,000 cases is assuring of there experience. The Kuvara Law Firm I had to interact with was the San Jose, CA location. Personal Injury cases looked to be there speciality in the San Jose area. My case was a very difficult case for me to handle alone so I decided to hire this firm.. How I cam to this conclusion was by searching how many mishandled cases they had and the experience of the firm. This firm had 0 cases mishandled from what I had researched and years of experience. After my case was submitted I had a conversation with the lawyer who I can say was very pleasant. After giving my information I never had to deal with the insurance and medical people. The firm handled my case from ground up and not once did I have to deal with pesky calls. I appreciated there enthusiasm and professionalism in handling my case. I recommend to anyone who needs a good lawyer with good results to check out this firm.

One of my wife's friends at work recommended Kirk and I have to say that this guy is THE BEST. He got our bankruptcy filed FAST and made the whole thing freaking easy and painless. He listened to us and explained everything to us in plain english! This was the 4th lawyer we saw and he was the only guy we trusted. He's not your typical lawyer. He asked questions that no other attorney did and took his time answering all my wifes questions. He even called us after everything was over to make sure we were ok!! Are you kidding me?! This guy is the best in my opinion.

UPDATE 4/24/08: I just received a letter from Kirk staying the he has moved. You can find him at 586 N 1st St. downtown San Jose or www.bayareabk.com .
