I am very impressed with HK Jewelry and feel fortunate that they're about 2 miles from my house. It's a family owned, small shop that has fixed lots of my jewelry. They are not only very friendly and professional, they're VERY, VERY good at reasonable prices. Recently they engraved a watch and fixed a bracelet. They've also looked at bracelets that opened up and attached a clasp. One bracelet I received from my parents (who are no longer alive) so it's very sentimental. They knew what to do and attached a clasp. You'd never know that this was added later.

I highly recommend this jeweler. My friends always ask me where to go because they know that I'm super picky. I thought I'd share this online.

  Any woman with curves who lives in San Jose has been to this store. It's pretty much the "Forever 21" of 40-something year old fashionable moms and single ladies alike. I've gotten everything from a wedding outfit to sexy lingerie here. My old man likes it cause he can drop me off there and roam around the mall for an hour. My daughter likes it for the same reason. I like it because I can find cute outfits that make me feel cute, and I don't have to break the bank.

  I don't think I've gone to this exact Avenue, but I must say I LOVE this store!! They always have things that actually fit me AND they are not too, too pricey!! I like shopping here better than the regular department stores because I feel like I have more personal attention and privacy... It's never very crowded like the malls usually are and the sales people are good about giving advice and giving you space. Its kinda like a nice Lane Bryant thats not in a mall.

Great little shop in San Jose. They carry these huge, red imported roses at a fraction cost of what the bigger florist charges. I go to "Mom" the little florist owner and get my flowers for years...

They are such jackasses. they have overcharged me 2 at this store and the one down the street in not much better.. thier prices are ALRIGHT but that's oply because NETFLIX came out and MADE THEM LOWER THIER PRICES!! They ripped us all off for $5 a movie back in the day... now they are trying to compete!!! Maybe if they would have cut us a deal in the beginging they wouldn't all be closing down!! The kids that work here are ok but the managers need to listen better!

I just went in to order a boutiniere. My daughter is a freshman in high school and did not realize until today that it was appropriate to give her date a boutiniere. When I went in to Bloomsters, they told me sorry, but they could not help me because they had quit taking orders for the weekend as of yesterday. I explained my dilemna but she was completely unsympathetic. I even mentioned that I had never used any florist but them since moving to Almaden 4 years ago. For a business that relies of referrals, they sure blew it with me today. I went down the street to a tiny little shop called Almaden Valley Florist (Almaden @ Redmond) and they were more than happy to help me out in a pinch. I'm done with Bloomsters. They are not worth the extra money if you have to put up with snotty attitudes.
