I have recently purcharced tickets through this agency- the customer service was terrible. The person who helped us, was extremely rude. The ordet was not followed through correctly, my visa card was used and they put 4 transaction through 2 for tickets 1 for there fee ($150) which was also placed incorrectly instead of the $150 I was charged $130 when I arrived to there office they charged me an extra $20 cash for there mistake.
The following day I checked the pending status of the charges, the ticket fee is no longer there. The 2 adult tickets were not purchased. I paid cash for my childs ticket, but what good will it do if an adult isn't going with him?
We are in the process of trying to fix this problem with this agency.
I do not recommend it.
