I hope they service this plotter. It was supposed to be refurbished by a HP Factory Certified Tech, but it obviously wasn't even looked at. The belt that moves the carriages is heavily worn and has tears which is preventing it from working at all. Trying to contact their answering service but they are 'on vacation'. So much for 24 hour support that is advertised on their web page.

Their website is plotter4u.com. Ill update this this with progress if there is any.

I actually got my plotter, but it was not functional. I was referred to Greg, their "tech support" guy, but he could do nothing. I was told by Robert Coffy that they would be sending out a new machine. Never happened. Contacted a Lynn Jones in their office, no help. This whole process happened over an eight month period. Obviously a con. If anyone is thinking about buying from them, don't.

Be careful if you choose to work for this company. Make sure, if you are a manager, that you go in with a strong severance package. They treat you wonderful, at first, and then act (the management team has been together for many years and are basically family) like you do not exist. Watch your back....be very aware of several of this group. Take the time to note who is really running the company.... Good luck.

I have a few servers collocated with these guys, and they really are amazing. The customer service is excellent, and the front-line technicians are actually knowledgeable, which seems a rarity these days.

They aren't the biggest collocation facility in San Diego, but that is why they are the best. They still remember how to take care of the little guy, while still providing service at an enterprise level.

Fortunately, I gave it a try again - this time with a strategy that was far different. The impact on my business so far is substantial and I'm continuing to see more and more placements on the search engines. What a joke!

I did get the plotter, but that was it.

After 2 months of e-mail correspondence i finally received some paper.

I never got the ink or cables that are clearly promosed on his website.

Don't let the professional looking website fool you. This is a one horse operation, and the horse needs to be put down!
