I wish I was't stuck in a mortgage with this company. I am going through a broker who had to actually go to their office in NH (we live in MA although the U/W is in CA) and do a "Sit in" because they REFUSE to call him back after a week of emailing and leaving voice mails. He's gotten a call back with a promise of other calls back, but they never come. Meanwhile I'm paying $100 per day to the Seller as we were suppose to close almost 4 weeks ago. I am up to $2,500 in fees at this point and they can't even consider me, their customer, a priority and review the ONE document they needed to complete my file, which they have had for a week now. If I could choose another company to handle my mortgage now, without taking the risk of this dragging on any longer I would run from them SO fast. Not to mention that they refuse to help me with any of the fees and that I've had to file 4 (going to be 5) extensions on the closing date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
