WORST SERVICE EVER-an "F" rating from the BBB

Our trouble began when the technician failed to write down all of the work he performed on our furnace. Because of his mistake, our house warrranty is refusing to cover the cost of replacing our furnace. I called and spoke to Alex (owner) to see if they could fix the error, and he refused to help me. He said I would have to take it up with the warranty company. He refused to even ask the technician if he remembered working on our furnace-he said it was no use, because there was no way the technician would remember us after 1 1/2 weeks passed. It was extremely upsetting that he didn't even want to try to research it to help us. He just assumed to know what another man would or would not remember. I have never received such horrible service-that goes to show why they have an "F" rating from the BBB.

We appreciate customer feedback. While it is very rare we hear negative comments, it happens and we work diligently to please even the most challenging customer. We go the extra mile.

However, inaccurate statements and those meant to defame are in direct violation of the RateItAll agreement and are not appreciated. We're proud of our work and will continue to do what we've done for over 100 years.

Horrible consumer service, terrible communication, and they told me out right that because my work was warranty/insurance that it was low priority. The low priority was a broken furnace for 20 days from the end of Nov. thru mid Dec.

This company would not pay it's subcontractors for two roofing jobs. The person who manages the roofing projects was rude, self-centered, and dishonest. He cursed and screamed and seemed to think he was better than everyone else. This company attests that they do not use subcontractors, but that is not the case. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to roof a dog kennel.

I've seen the work of Pymer Plastering in a friend's home and heard his horror stories of trying to get them to correct numerous defects. You don't want to let these people into your home. They seemed really nice and said all the right things to get the job, but they send out minimum wage employees without experience or benefits to do the work with the expected result. Run, don't walk, away from these people.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THEY STOLE PARTS OUT OF MY HOUSE!
I called Alan Able to fix my furnace. They promised me they would finish the job that night. I received a phone later that they did not have the part and had to order it. The next day I was told they ordered the wrong part and had to wait another day. They third day, as snow was falling, they show up without all the parts they need to fix the problem. At this point I was angry, they then refused to do work on my furnace and did not return the mounting brackets to fix my furnace. I had to buy a new exhaust blower and mounting brackets because they stole my brackets and refused to return them. Never work with Alan Able.
