My sister and I stood in the store for over an hour. Three different sales clerks looked our way, but NEVER said a word to us. (I understand it can get busy, but they did not even acknowledge us!) Other people entered the store and were helped. We took bikes off the rack ourselves and rode them around in the parking lot without a sales person saying a word to us. We had cash in hand and wanted to leave with a bike.
We felt invisible and will not be back. Terrible customer service experience!
