I purchased one of the gift cards thinking it was too good to be true and it was. I went in and had my hair cut and then decided to book my facial next. I remember the front desk boy (Jacob or something?) said the first thing he had was for February 14th. I asked if I would have any redness on my face because I knew I would be going out that Valentines evening. He said no, so I went ahead and booked. I arrived for my appointment on February 14th and was told no my appointment was for March 14th and that they normally call to remind you of your appointments. I was a bit upset but said ok and left. I then called back to make an appointment for my manicure which would be in April. Unfortunately, the day of my appointment I completely forgot (they didn't call to remind me either) as I was in the middle of a plumbing issue in my home. When I realized I forgot I called the salon, apologized and rebooked my appointment. A few days later a $45 charge showed up on my credit card. I checked the gift card I received and it does NOT mention any charges for canceled appointments, but it does mention that services with be forfeited. I called the salon to see what they could do. The front desk guy was not helpful and refused to refund my money. I've decided to cancel all of my apppointments as any reputable salon would want to keep your business. Please, if anyone else has the same issues as me please contact your credit card company and the Better Business Bureau that handle complaints. I know that nothing will probably get done about my situation but I hope I can tell other people not to go!
