This cleaner is horrible. I dropped off a suit for cleaning in pressing, in perfect condition, and I received my suit back with burn holes in the pants. I don't smoke, and I'm never around anyone who does. Still, the manager, Robbie, and the owner, Moon Sung, insist that the burn holes are from me. The staff at the location in Charlotte Plaza smokes, as does the staff at the plant on Sugar Creek.
Both Robbie and Moon Sung are very rude and have absolutely zero customer service skills.
If you want to keep your clothes intact, stay away from this chain.
