This is the WORST apartment complex in University area. The staf was really nice at first, but if you ever have a problem don't wait for them to heklp you. They never called me to address the issue. I was the one stopping by the office at least 2 times every week for about a month. This people are not professional at all!!!
-Noise: I had a noise problem with the neighbors upstairs. They were having a babysitting business upstairs right above my room and the management never thought that was wrong. I went many times to complain and they did nothing. All I could keep listening to was: "there's nothing we can do since the noise is not during quiet hours", until I read the contract and send them a written complaint quoting their own contract. They let the neighbors go earlier without paying any fees and still charged me for the whole month I had to sleep in the living room. AND OF COURSE THE NOISE NEVER STOPPED!!
-Maintaince: In the month of July, I had to call them minimum 7-8 times. First, they never put the orders.. then, they wouldn't fix the stuff right (carbon monoxide alarm, clogged pipes, garbage disposer, etc...)
-Contract: when I first looked at the complex I was told that applying online voids all the moving fees since they don't have to put in the info in the computer. BIG LIE!! Couple months after I moved in I got a letter saying that I owed the office $150 dollars due to online application.. According the person I talked to after I got the letter they charge MORE $$$ people that apply online. The opposite that I was told.. and so I ended up having to pay part of that fee.
NEVER MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
