The health center is very convenient if you are taking the T Alewife train station or you can get there by bus, 83 bus.I saw Dr Park many times at the North Cambridge Health Center. She is a good doctor. She is a primary care doctor, that's what you find at health centers. If you want a specialist you will need to ask your primary care for a referal. The health center is small. I like that it's clean. I don't know what Jenny L is talking about but the building is not old at all. It actually look brand new. The staff is very professional they are mostly haitians women. This health center has a majority of haitian patients and it's good because the staff is also bilingual. The nurses and medical assistants are really nice. I had no problems with patients or staff. There was only one day one staff member gave me an attitude. She was talking about something and thought I did not know what she was talking about. Listen just because I look cool does not mean I know nothing about health, biology and medical subjects. I actually know a lot because it's my thing. The wait for appointments can be long so call very fast. Lol. Check out my review of East Cambridge Health Center. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

The Cambridge hospital is ok. The staff is mixed. I wil talk about many services. The podiatry services are great. They are experienced doctors. Dr Phillips is great. His assistants as well. They really know their stuffs and know what to do when it's time for surgery. Downstairs at the desk there is one telephone available for clients. It's really convenient I love it. The front desk staff is ok but the old lady can give attitude sometimes. They also have a gift shop inside again very convenient if you forgot to get your family member or friend a gift while visiting. I don't know about the prices. I also don't think they have flowers. The breast center is also great. The nurses are caring and very careful. They will send you a letter at your home within couple days to let you know the results. You will not find all specialists at Cambridge Hospital. There are no dermatologists in Cambridge hospital you will be send to Somerville hospital. GI also are in Somerville hospital. The pharmacy on the second floor is always packed with people. It''s terrible. Most people who are waiting in the line are hispanics and brazilians. This hospital has a lot of portuguese because it's East Cambridge that's where portuguese stay. Portuguese are not too friendly to Blacks I just wanted to warn you guys. The worst part of Cambridge hospital is the emergency department. You will wait for hours. I mean it's everywhere in the US. Emergencies are horrible, what I hate is that it's not like they are busy and doing something o they are doing a surgery on someone. It's not like the show ER they actually don't do anything. The doctors, nurses and staff are talking to each other and reading People magazine or on their phones or computers. It's unacceptable. Why should I wait for nothing, no reasons. They will only treat you and not let you wait if they see blood, like you are shot or something like that. When you called the receptionist to book an appointment to see a specialist they will tell you your appointment will be in 3 months or 5 or even more. This is ridiculous. Other countries don't work like this. if I have something serious that is killing me why I have to wait that long. That's why so many people don't even make it to their appointments and are dead before seeing their doctor. What are they going to do when the plan passed? I don't see how it is not going to get worst. First they are understaffed and when you add all the people who are now uninsured now just imagine the mess. Don't forget that the Us population is not slowing down it's actually a growing problem and the population is now at more than 307 million people and also add the immigrant population. For an industrialized nation, I just think it's crazy all these free condoms available at hospitals and centers, many ways of contraceptions like pills and more. Africa has excuses because they are underdeveloped, in the Us we have no excuses it's way too developed. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

Walgreens, Meh. I've experience better. It has a medium size. The workers are ok and it's diverse. It's not packed but there are rush hours in the afternoons. The pharmacists are ok but the medications are always more money than Cvs across the street. So why even come to Walgreens? Truereview here to tell you the truth.

It's clean. It could be packed sometimes and you will have to wait for a long time. There is a lot of Brazilians and Cape Verdeans. Some Brazilians receptionists are rude and think they are all that because they are Brazilians they think they are Gisele Bundchen. They are rude when you check in and they are also rude on the phone when you try to book an appointment with a doctor. The wait for primary care doctors is 2 weeks or 1 week. If you are lucky couple days. Some doctors are good some are not worth the time and the wait. The medical assistants are nice. There are 2 rude ones. One very tall and the other on the big size with curly hair she also draws blood sometimes. The phlebotomists are nice so relax and don't give them a hard time. If you need referals to see specialists ask your doctor. There are no specialists at the center only primary care doctors. If you feel a doctor is careless and do not pay attention to your needs just try a different one or just go to a different center or go to a clinic or a hospital.
