It was very difficult to find the right fit for an aging parent who was fearful of being put into a nursing home. When I walked into this facility to meet with Steve, I knew it was the right place. They made it easy to transition from living at home into a care faciity while still giving her the independence she was used to. I looked at several facilities and know that choosing Norbert's was the right decision for everyone involved.

I have been using Hanlons Cafe for nearly 10 years. We have always been pleased. The food is good, delivered on time, hot, and at an extremely reasonable price. In the course of a year, we probably cater 50 events and feed hundreds of people.

Bob Hanlon and his staff are really good people! I have referred them to many others, and each has also been happy.

The sales clerks are great and they will help you find the perfect bridal gown, but don't use their seamstress. She is rude, slow, and she will cut corners to get your dress out the door. I loved my dress, until she got her hands on it. A store of this caliber should select their seamstresses much more carefully.

There is a tenant upstairs that is allowed to use the parking lot as well. During the wedding, this tenant was practicing for their upcoming performance of 'Rent'. Yep -you could hear them singing and stomping the whole time. Our guests also had to find spaces around the cars parked in the lot.

The attitude in this shop is horrible. I was in to look for veils. I had already selected a dress but hadn't purchased it yet. They assumed that I had already purchased the dress. I wanted to put on the dress to judge how it would look with their veils. They told me, " I could not try on the dress because I had purchased it elsewhere and they would not allow the wear and tear on their dresses". Unbelievable considering the fact that I was looking to purchase a $600 veil + a tiara and shoes. Wave goodbye to any sales from my wedding.

The food is outstanding! The business manager, Jean, could have been nicer, especially since she kept dwelling on the fact that our party was so small, but Steve made up for her shortcomings...he was WONDERFUL - very personable and professional...like we were the most important party he'd ever done. I'd recommend them!
