This is a great place to enroll your kids. Jeff meets each of the kids at their own level and helps them progress from there. The kids have to "earn" their advancements and therefore achieve new levels of confidence with every rank. They receive constant encouragement, and of course correction when needed. The prices are fair, the instructors and good, you also meet other parents who understand the values of self-defense and confidence.
My son has been going to CMA for 5 years and loves it. The akido and grappling have served to complement his school wrestling, and he has received continuous encouragement regarding his other interests.

This is a very good place to get cheated. They make you sign the agreement and route all the payments thru collection agency. Any payments made directly to Rothrock's is not considered by the collection agency and you end up making double payments. Rothrock's & the collection agency will just disown any payments to the other party.I will recommend for those who are desparate to get cheated. As far as the classes go, your child will have good time to jump around but nithing as much as they promise on concentration , blah blah blah

My son has been going to Contraguerro Martial Arts since he was 4 years old and we have never had one single problem. Jeff Contraguerro has 3 children of his own and his expertise is conveyed to all age levels, but excellent with k-12 children. Jeff consistently talks to the students about being leaders, respecting themselves & others, and other values that reinforce what my son receives from home. So many implicit aspects of Jeff's instruction and tutelage our family has come to expect and appreciate.

My child was a student of Contraguerro Martial Arts for seven years. Although it is common for a martial arts school to instill self-confidence and discipline in a student, Jeff Contraguerro takes it a step further. He consistently teaches his students to have good values, to stay away from negative influences and that a parent cares more about their child than anyone else in the world. Jeff is such a positive role model. I would refer a student to Contraguerro Martial Arts whenever the opportunity arises.

I don't know who JBlingman is, but my son has been a student at Contraguerro Martial Arts in Pittsburgh for over three years now. He has encountered nothing but success (in martial arts and in life) since becoming a student of Jeff Contraguerro. He has won numerous state and national "no gi" jui jitsu titles, his confidence level as a young man has sky rocketed and his grades have improved. I believe none of this could have happened without the guidence of Jeff Contraguerro. He is an excellent martial artist and a great role model for our children. If you or you kid is interested in learning martial arts or looking to do something constructive or positive in your life, I would visit Mr. Jeff at Contraguerro Martial Arts.

The reason I became an owner and started teaching in Oom Yung Doe is because of the amazing benefits that I have achieved through the training. It has been more than just improving my mind and body. Sure I have increased my Speed, Power, Control, Coordination, Patience, Confidence, Determination and much more. But, seeing anybody, regardless of their age or condition, through their marital arts practice, start to reach the same results I have received has been priceless!
