This Clinic was the best on the Island, and the doctors really tried to do the best for their patients. Now the Office Manager hangs up on patients and is confrontational and the rudest person I have ever encountered in a front office position. It is so sad to see a terrific doctor, one who cares for his patients so much, repre3sented with such callousness. I have been going to East Oahu Medical Clinic for 25 years, and she suggested that I find another doctor if I thought she was being rude. I doubt the doctor is aware of this unprofessional, crass treatment of his patients, but I cannot believe anyone would hire someone who yells at his patients on the phone. I rate this clinic from what used to be a 4 star, excellent clinic to a 1 star, only because I do not believe Dr. Seberg is aware of the callous treatment of his patients.
