A wonderful old Tiki Bar. It is away from the crowd of the city about halfway between the airport and Waikiki.

It sits right on the water, so visiting at sunset providea a great view.

The decor is aging but adds to the charm. The service and drinks are very good and I'm a fan of their Zombies.

Thursday nights are a special treat, with a group of regular locals singing until 9:00 PM. The music variety is wide and they are very good and enthusiastic.

tcby hasn't lost it's touch! i am like the biggest tcby fan! i love white chocolate mousse!!! okay, so i've tried all the fads and trends and nothing comes close to the old school flavor that i grew up with at tcby. i go in at least once a week for my fill of white chocolate mousse and cookie dough topping.

lately i've noticed that everyone is raving about the new places, but i've been there and tried it, what's so great about them? tcby offers 8 soft serve flavors (at least one of which is no sugar added and one that is nondairy fatfree), 8 handscooped flavors (that really do taste like ice cream because the toppings are real), fruit smoothies, and coffee flavored items. in addition, the nuuanu location also shares a counter with the only mrs.fields location left on the island...talk about being able to be healthy and also being able to feed my sweet tooth!

the current staff is friendly and efficient and their boss always has a smile on his face! i love watching them interact with the young kids in our neighborhood. the kid's faces light up when they sample the cotton candy or the colorful vanilla flavored rainbow cream. only at tcby are they really trying to bring back that feel good family feeling. stop by and check out their monthly specials. the original frozen yogurt is thriving and better than ever!

We got food poisoning here! Not (or anywhere near) the cleanest. We had dried food on our fork, was given a cracked plate, the tables and menus were sticky. One waitress wiped her nose with her hand, didn't wash it and continued to serve food. I've also seen various waitresses cough and sneeze on their hands and just keep on serving.

Excellent food. Attentive, personal service with a lot of personality. Large portions, easily shareable family-style.

Patti's has great authentic local chinese food. It is a must if you are visiting Hawaii. They only have 2 locations on the island. The food is Delicious, none can compare. The price is right also, plates from 6.oo up.

Always wondered about this place after seeing it on my way to the recycling center many moons ago. I thought it was a "real deal" biker bar since it was buried behind some warehouses in the Sand Island Industrail district. Went there last night and as soon as I walked in I realized I'd stumbled onto something special. It was late on a Monday night so the place was quiet except for an older guy playing hawaiiana favorites on the piano. It looked like a yacht club that hadn't changed in 50 years - which, incidently, is exactly what it is. Leo the bartender served me up quick and took my order with more enthusiasm than any waiter I can recollect in my 24 years. The food came out fast and in the meantime I enjoyed a Jack and Coke (although I'm told that they have excellent Mai Tai's). I had a breaded pork chop served over gravy with steamed veggies and a big plate of Linguini and another Jack and Coke. My tab, including drinks, came out to about $22, which was extroardinarily low for a meal so delicious in such a great atmosphere. By far the best dining experience I've had on Oahu. I highly recommend going there if you can find it.

I love the food here! When my group of friends can't decide where to eat, we always end up here. The endless garlic rolls are awesome. This is one of the places where you can order anything, and you can't go wrong.

The food is great, reasonable prices, cleanliness is very good. Parking is not always easy to find, especially during peak dining time. One of the only Chinese restaurants I'll eat at.

Much better than his Kapahulu restaurant. Good seasoning, flavors, aromas... and I love the atmosphere here. The crab-leg tool is GENIUS! So much more fun to use than the traditional nutcracker. The food and beer go great together.

If you love European/Asian fusion cuisine, you can't go wrong here. And if you're a seafood lover, you should already be on the phone making your reservations! Don't forget to order the souffle - I thought I'd died and gone to chocolate heaven.
