I went to the Bridal Chateau for my wedding dress and the first time I went they were very busy, not much help, and the sales lady didnt seem to know ANYTHING about the dresses or styles, but they had the dress I wanted so I put 500 down on my dress and ordered it.
THEN I went back a few months later with my bridal party and encountered the owner Ellen..She was by far the RUDEST person I have ever met. She discriminated against my bridesmaid because she had her son with her and refused to even let him in the dressing room, then she ask us to leave and take our business elsewhere.He wasnt even doing anything wrong!! I could understand if the kid was acting up but he wasnt! When I said fine, can I have my money back she told me and I quote " I wish I could give you your money back because I dont want your business but you signed A promissory note to pay the rest, so legally if you dontpay the rest I will sue you" I was shocked!! SHE was the one who told me to leave and take my business elsewhere!! She said "go ahead and hire an attorney I dont care" I cant beleive she can run a business..or even get customers acting like that. PLEASE dont make the same mistake I did...
