i went to buffalo hardwood to request my floors be refinished. they subcontracted the work out to authentic hardwood. todd pendleton and associate came to my house and i have several problems with my floor including boards they replaced that are not nailed down which bounce and squeak, hazy spots which lack the finish coat, drippy appearance from pushing the finish with the mop and it ran like fingers drying that way. in addition there is a spot lacking any stain in the threshold of a doorway that they missed. i have been fighting for 6 months + trying to get this resolved with no success so far. I am resorting to civil action. buyer beware. authentic hardwood and buffalo hardwood are not members of the better business bureau!
