This is a motel that was definitely built with a great deal of detail for the time period. The ceramic tile is most pleasing to the eye if not breath taking at times and the rooms are not carbon copies of each other, as is the case today. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 demolition started on the main building and by Friday, March 28, 2008 the main u-shaped building became only a fleeting memory except for a few photo's that were taken. In closing, I would like to say that some of the exterior roof details made Sheridan Court Motel very memorable and perhaps almost a landmark in its own right. Rest in peace. 03/29/008
