Be where of loans practices of this bank they promises but they do not deliver especial their conforming program to refine paying just $499 where they will take forever to process your mortgage new loan and losing documentation they will make you resubmit new documentation more than once they will not call you for closing on proposed date and the tell you an excuse all this to wasting your time then at the time of closing they will not fix your rate until the day before and you will lose your money with them if you not closing even if the rate does not benefit you. They are not willing to negotiate the rate even if you have a credit score over 700 they ask to other banks and finance institutions for loans in your behalf that is what my credit report says.
They do not pay any interest in your checking account; their interests in savings are less than 1%
Think before you do any business with this bank in NJ or NY, do not find trap as am I
