An F+!! They turn the heat off too early and even worse, turn the heat on too late. October 1st the heat was suppose to be turned on and 22 days later, it still isn't on. I'm convinced that i spent 5 days in the hospital b/c of these lazy bastards. Management is completely inaccessible and the Livingston Homes maintenance superintendent is worse. He was suppose to turn on my heat but instead, he checked the temperatures of my rooms, gave me a line of bull and then left. I'm a dialysis patient and i need the heat on when it is suppose to be on. Two days later and still no heat. Today, i'm calling code enforcement again and then, i'm calling my lawyer. An utter disgrace!!
