Skip Bins was compassionate, he was always present, he was swift and extremely attentive to the point of small details, and made our and particularly my wife's loss easier to bear. He was there when we most needed him, the body was presented in the most respectful and beautifully set up way. Him being around took a lot if not all pressure about the whole funeral off Mum, off my wife and off the rest of the family.
