My husband and I had just moved to Memphis and was in desperate need of a new dresser. We were newly married and couldn't afford a lot, but I was tired of the cheap furniture you usually find where all the doors fall to the bottom and stay off track. The salesman we dealt with at Richwell was so polite and didn't try to hassle us into buying a more expensive piece of furniture. We ended up buying an absolutely gorgeous dresser made of solid wood for a little over $200. We are still using it. They also helped us load it into our car so we didn't have to pay to have it delivered, something the other furniture stores told us we would have to have done. I am very pleased with their service. We in need of an entertainment center now and that's the first place we're going to look.
