Claudia help us with my daughter's wedding invitations. She was helpful and knowledgable which was what we needed. Then the day after the wedding we had a party. Claudia and her husband came to the rescue by helping us with a fabulous and custom invitation. Claudia and her husband will do the simplist to the most inivative invitation.

the agent will not return calls. He is willing to talk to you daily until he gets your business and then he is no longer available to you. His office staff is professional but if you want to deal with the agent the person you are paying you should shop somewhere else

Just went to this store today. The salesperson was wonderful and even offered us a free class for my wife and son. That was great.

Plus, I checked out the price from Best Buy online...it was the same (actually Creve Coeur) gave me $40 off!

I dare you to look up Safeco (aka Progressive) in the BBB,anywhere. UNSAT. I'll cut to the chase. Hit by someone with Progressive Insurance? Get a lawyer. All states have a state bar referral service. You can get a 1/2 hour for about $30. All you need to take these clowns to small claims and get your vehicle fixed properly. Then get on your State representatives case about why this company is able to operate. This is a very dishonest company
