for an organization that claims "customer focus" as part of it's mission statement, i am appalled at what transpired in our dealings with Dunn Lawn and Land. delays, delays, delays. the project was originally billed by the company as a 4 week project - it took 90 days and is still not complete. when faced with any criticism whatsoever, the president, tom dunn, get's terribly defensive and insists that no one but he understands his profession. he even hung up on me once. he's one of those guys that has an answer for everything, but only to further his personal cause. he has even tried to over bill us for things that were clearly included in the contract (which he refuses to give us a signed copy of). DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS IT IS FOR SOME REASON THE ONLY OPTION YOU HAVE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE LANDSCAPING COMPANIES IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA...THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
