I must have called about 10 different numbers before I spoke to this guy. He is obviously cut from a different cloth to the locals. Just in conversation with him, I could tell he knew his business. He arrived with punctuality, completed the task with ease, charged me a fair price and left me feeling at ease and relieved. A+++++! Service. Thanks!

these people have been in buisness like a hundred years! my grandma bought a stove there in 1958. I just bought a washer-dryer for 200.00 they work great and I savedover500.00!!

i lost my son he passed away then i lost my home to a fire i called and asked for help with whatever you could help us with but your oprater would not let me talk to you i am living in 3 rooms with my daughter,husband, mom ,and my sons little girl i never needed help before my home is allmost done but we are in need of flooring,siding just think of losing so much all in one month and no help nobody can replace my son but someone can help us finish our home so my sons daughter has a room anything would help please read this my e-mail is kandistrange@yahoo.com my phone number is 1-573-749-0139 please help my famiy i have tried so mimy places with no help we help other country's but get no help for our own like i aid our home is allmost done any flooring would help even if it is used

for an organization that claims "customer focus" as part of it's mission statement, i am appalled at what transpired in our dealings with Dunn Lawn and Land. delays, delays, delays. the project was originally billed by the company as a 4 week project - it took 90 days and is still not complete. when faced with any criticism whatsoever, the president, tom dunn, get's terribly defensive and insists that no one but he understands his profession. he even hung up on me once. he's one of those guys that has an answer for everything, but only to further his personal cause. he has even tried to over bill us for things that were clearly included in the contract (which he refuses to give us a signed copy of). DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS IT IS FOR SOME REASON THE ONLY OPTION YOU HAVE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE LANDSCAPING COMPANIES IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA...THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

I got ripped off too. They did not honor their 180 day warranty. Frank gave me the run around.
This place needs to me shutdown.

I ordered bar stools from Dolnicks 10 weeks ago......they said they would be in in 6. I have been getting the run around from them for weeks! I will never buy furniture from them again. I still have not recieved my bar stools and they still don't have an answer!

This is the second time that I have bought windows from this company. I have always been treated fairly & the work has always been completed in a timely manner. I would definetly remend this company if you are looking for quality work at a good price.

The sales rep (Kristie) was very thorough. The price was pretty good -- lower than other estimates we had gotten, although I'm sure we could have gotten a better deal if we had gone to a big chain. Still, only a few minor complaints: The ceramic kitchen floor we got was taller than our other floor, so our doors no longer fit... but we were left on our own for that. The installation guys also forgot to plug our fridge back in and we lost some food, and they also smeared a bit of grout on our baseboards. (It came out fairly easily.) These are minor complaints, though, and I'm very happy overall.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE IN FAIREVIEW HEIGHTS. THE GENERAL MANAGER TAKES MONEY FROM THE TILL FOR GAMBLING PURPOSES. WHEN HE WAS EXPOSED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF 4 AND 1/2 YEARS THROUGH MONSTER.COM THE EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD BY MISS BECKY TO TERMINATE HIM. HE ALSO THREATENED THIS EMPLOYEE TO NEVER TRY AND GET ANOTHER JOB IN FLOORING AND TILE LEAVING THIS EMPLOYEE JOBLESS. THE THREAT WAS A BAD RECOMMENDATION THUS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM TO FIND WORK. NOW WHAT TYPE OF TROUBLE DID THE GENERAL MANAGER GET FOR HIS ANTICS. ZERO PEOPLE!!!! YOU TELL ME WHAT IS RIGHT.
