This bank is THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen a more ghetto bank in my life, and I used to be a bank courier. Their employees are completely rude and unprofessional, not to mention that US Bank in generall is jacked up and robbs their customers of their money through a system called money fishing. I found out that they have a system where they target accounts of people who are living paycheck to paycheck and usually do not have any extra money in their account. They then hold "pend" transactions for up to 2 weeks in the hopes that the customer will over spend and then they push all of the pending transactions through at once, leaving the customer with a $37.50 overdraft charge for each of the pending transactions. I strongly suggest that anyone banking with US Bank should google this info. You will be amazed at what you find and how they treat their customers money. Short story long....I HATE US BANK AND THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION WITH ALL OF MY MIGHT!

I didn't choose US Bank, they bought out the bank that had bought out the original bank I DID choose, Roosevelt Bank. Service has gone downhill steadily, but today wat the end - I'm changing banks as soon as I can find a decent one. They refused to accept a deposit! I have had a business account with this outfit for over 20 years, but they now say there is no business name on the account. Every time I go in there, they treat me like a criminal, and they are trying to figure out which scam I'm trying to pull on them. I have a fair amount of money in IRA deposits with them, too! Sheesh! My branch is the Des Peres branch at 12xxx Manchester. Anybody got a good bank they can recommend?
