My experience with Storage Banc on Woodson was horrible. Initially I was told the mobile storage vaults could hold 1 1/2 to 2 room plus boxes; however, discovered it may hold a small kids room. I was quoted a price of approximately $200 for 1 month and before the end of the month I was charged over $400. As a customer you don't receive a copy of the contract until they delivery the vault and debit your account. Management agreed to waive the pro-rated fee (another charge they don't tell you about initially) but once I scheduled my deliver date he didn't honor that agreement. I honestly feel as if I was discriminated against for being black and a female. Every comment the customer service representative made was very sarcastic, demeaning, and unsympathetic. Moving within itself is very stressful but Storage Banc has made this entire experience a nightmare and I hope that others don’t make the mistake of dealing with a company that don’t consider their customer’s a top priority. In addition, none of the contracts that were made by Storage Banc were valid they have the capability to change their minds and alter them at the customer’s expense. I suggest that everyone avoid this company like the plague otherwise they will rip you off too. I would never recommend this company to anyone I believe their ultimate goal is to continue to use unethical business practices and make as much money off of one customer as possible.
