Oooh, I am so mad at these people right now! They prescribed me some expensive contacts without even telling me the cost or asking beforehand if I was interested in such pricey lenses. Then when I told them I needed cheaper contacts, they said I needed to see the lady who had prescribed me the pricey contacts. Conveninently, she was not in. There was another doctor on-site who could have assisted me, but he chose to pass the buck. I am going to see the lady doctor next week and see what she can do for me. Meanwhile, I have emailed the corporate office about my awful experience. Folks, stay away from Lenscrafters. They will scam you!
UPDATE: And by the way, I am not talking about Lenscrafters in St. Louis. I am talking about a certain Lenscrafters located here in the good ole southern regions.
