As a business technology consultant I am continually cleaning up the mess left behind by RJ Young.
A customer of mine needed a driver re-installed because the RJ Young installed printer was not working properly. RJ Young wanted $250 to do it, because it was past 90 days. This customer had just purchased a second copier from RJ Young too. First, drivers need updated regularly and rarely within 90 days, second, $250 for such service is robbery, third, this was a loyal customer.
I have had to deal with their "technical support" and they are ignorant at best. They seem to be more interested in up-selling and billing the customer than fixing the problems with the equipment they installed.
