As a person who actually works in a REAL office, just the attorney and I, I can actually say that I know what it is like, and I empathize with ANY business that deals directly with the public that expects perfection in others, but is unable to realize it in themselves.
Dr. Pogue and staff are just that - human. And some of the best people I've ever been around - always the same - always concerned and caring.
When my mom died, I was sent to Dr. Pogue by the agency that handled the home care she received - he directed their agency (or something to that effect). My world had crashed. I find it hard to believe that any other doctor would have cared as much.
When an office deals with SO many people in one day, they CAN NOT please all of the people all of the time. They are REAL people. They do not act like they are "above" anyone...they, especially Dr. Pogue, is gifted - you are in good hands.
As for the possible wait - all places have a wait - lawyers, doctors, hospitals, restaurants...generally, if there is a wait it's a pretty good place to be. If you are always looking for places to go with no wait, there is generally a reason why no one is waiting....know what I mean?
Would any of you WANT a doctor that said to you - your time is up regardless of your many problems - I have people waiting and you need to go now? Come on...Dr. Pogue spends as much time with each patient as he NEEDS to...you want to be treated well... don't expect him to short others just because you are waiting...ALL doctors are overbooked...how do you think they work people in????? Get Real!!!!! Everyone's circumstances vary, hence the possible wait for a good doctor.
For excellent care and caring - go see Dr. Pogue...he's worth any wait you may have to endure and by the way...I never wait long...
