Like the person below, my original install was great---or so I thought. But then the laminate product began to expand leave huge problems everywhere in my home. When I call the owner Terry, he ignored my phone calls and didn’t want to honor the warranty he “so call” provides. Additionally, this company did not glue the laminate in the kitchen or bathrooms as the experts do (if you do not this will damage your floors when it get wets). It took me close to 6 months working with my credit card company to get anything done about the poor quality of the installation, inability to get additional product for repair, and to fix the expansion issues. If you review their “F” rating on BBB, you will see that this behavior is normal from this company. Additionally, Terry set up numerous appointments to fix my issues and never show up. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Use another company. My experience with this company was a nightmare.

We had 1700 square feet of laminate flooring installed which turned out great. The price was great along with the service. The selection of colors are limited at the 69 cent price, but we found a color that we liked. All their flooring is priced low (didn't see anything over $1.29) and we actually got the flooring fully installed for the same price we would have paid just for the laminate itself at home depot without installation! I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.... If you want good flooring on a budget, these are your guys.

I previously inquired with Quality Floors of Nashville reguarding their ad for 69 cents sf of laminate flooring... I called once to let the gentleman know I was interested in getting the flooring installed in my house... I called again to get an estimate done and he stated he would come out on Wednesday to bring samples and give me an estimate...I waited for the guy to show up and he never did... I called him to find out if he was going to come still and was just running late.. He said he wasnt coming because he had his kids and did not have my phone number to call me and let me know... So i gave him another chance and scheduled an appt for him to come over Saturday evening and give me an estimate.. He said he would be there at 5.. I made sure he had my number this time so i would not be stood up again... And once again he did not show up, or call to let me know anything.... This company wasted my time twice and had me sitting waiting for them to show up in which they never did... I would not recommend doing business with them because if this is any sign of how their service is then I would hate to see them start a project in your home and then never finish it... I also looked on the better business bureau and saw the business is scores an F becuase of complaints and not answering any of their complaints

I've purchased all of my high end appliances from A1 in Nashville. The sales people are knowledgeable and the store has a great selection. When it comes to customer service though its another story altogether. When you call to talk to someone you get put into a message bank where you may or may not get called back. And, if you do, it's always 24 hours later. But mostly, I have had to call back. And back. There is no sense of urgency or professionalism from the service rep nor do you get the impression that anyone really cares that your top-of-the-line Fischer & Paykel washer is stopping, yet again, in mid-cyle even after the 2nd service call to replace two parts that took 8 days to get. Then you learn that what your washer is doing is not uncommon, there seems to be a pattern of upset customers all talking about the same thing. No wonder the part is on backorder. With a family of 4 going without a washing machine for 8 days, now going on 10 is exceedingly frustrating. I'm ready to chuck my washer and go get something less fancy, less glamorous and from a provider who stands behind their products.

The listed address for Cenwood is no longer correct.  It is now 4015 Armory Oaks Drive, Nashville TN.  The website is www.cenwoodappliances.com.  They are open M-F 7:30-4:30, Sat. 10-2.  The phone is still the same.

Worst customer service and ordering process of "any" company we've ever experienced.
A week-and-a-half before Thanksgiving we ordered carpet tiles and was told "Two Weeks". Two weeks later we were told "Next Week". A few days before the delivery we were told "Next Monday". The Friday before we called and found out, "the carpet was probably not even made yet". My wife was so upset she decided to call the manufacture and "give them a piece of her mind" so to speak.

The manufacture was more than helpful and said the order was to go out the day after Christmas. In the meantime about 10 days had passed and still no word from Myers on the status. We got more info from the manufacture in 5 minutes than Myers in two weeks. My wife called the manufacture again and they gave her the date delivered and who signed and still Myers had not called to tell us the carpet had arrived. During the conversation my wife asked when the order was placed; December 12th, nearly four weeks "AFTER" she placed the order and payed for the carpet.
We are picking it up today and she already has a letter going to the CEO as well as one to the BBS. They don't even deserve one star.

I have been having problems with my couch peeling it was suppose to be genuine leather but it is not it has started peeling and ashley will not do anything about it i have picture to post when i find a way to do it there customer service is bad also. I liked them until all this happen and i will never buy another anything form them again read fine print on what you r buying if you are dumb enough to buy it after you read these reviews
