I've purchased all of my high end appliances from A1 in Nashville. The sales people are knowledgeable and the store has a great selection. When it comes to customer service though its another story altogether. When you call to talk to someone you get put into a message bank where you may or may not get called back. And, if you do, it's always 24 hours later. But mostly, I have had to call back. And back. There is no sense of urgency or professionalism from the service rep nor do you get the impression that anyone really cares that your top-of-the-line Fischer & Paykel washer is stopping, yet again, in mid-cyle even after the 2nd service call to replace two parts that took 8 days to get. Then you learn that what your washer is doing is not uncommon, there seems to be a pattern of upset customers all talking about the same thing. No wonder the part is on backorder. With a family of 4 going without a washing machine for 8 days, now going on 10 is exceedingly frustrating. I'm ready to chuck my washer and go get something less fancy, less glamorous and from a provider who stands behind their products.
