The place is okay. Maybe 3 stars but this is what happens when a place gets too hyped up, I become disappointed. Definitely not worth driving out to the French Quarter to visit. Beignets are okay, ice coffee is good. Place is a tourist trap. It seems it is now run by Vietnamese people. Crowded and busy as hell. Meh... they have a chain near the Hilton Hotel (in the mall area), it's newer and not as crowded, I'd rather I went there.

I wasn't very hungry when I showed up at the Palace Cafe, and I ordered only the Turtle Soup and a signature dish called Crabmeat Cheesecake. Both were awesome. While I skipped the entrees, I ahave to give the Palace Cafe high marks for serving food that is flavorful. Outstanding!

Maybe the best breakfast spot that I've been to in the last few years. Huge portions. Delicious bacon and ham, and the hash browns with gravy and sausage is phenomenal. This is absolutely the breakfast you need after rolling around Bourbon Street.

The service was exceptional and the food was spectacular. We would highly recommend Montrels to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Inexpensive and good for some quick Asian food! We eat it at work all the time!

This is one of our favorite restaurants, we never go to New Orleans withour at least one meal there. Lobster melts in your mouth. Joey is always so nice and friendly. He always remembers us and treats us like royalty. My friends have either steak or seafood and it is always cooked to perfection. Great location too.

While not being the best in town, this is a good restaurant. Maybe a bit hard to park nearby and it is noisy inside.
