Sorry, but we will never go back. Experience was a "disaster." Hostess was unfriendly. Service was slow. Food was not served hot, though edible. Glass of wine was knocked over by server into our son's plate and down the front of his clothing. There was no offer of cleaning. Letter to management brought neither apology nor reply. Everyone makes mistakes, and most restaurants we have dined in try to make amends. Other Thai restaurants in Jacksonville, with food and service exceeding this one, will get our patronage in the future.
