First let me say that this review may not apply to their retail outlets. That said, I ordered a light blue coat from them which should have arrived about one week before Christmas (it was a gift). The shipment arrived on time, but the coat was BLACK. Ok, so I call them and they were very nice and agreed to overnight me the correct one and provide a return shipping tag for the other. Great, so I have them overnight it to my parents' house (where I would be for the holidays). So the shipment again arrives on time but AT MY HOME ADDRESS. Luckily one of my roommates is from the same home town and had not left yet. This could have been much, much worse.
