NOT GOOD...I worked for them for 5 months and they encouraged their drivers to alter their logbooks. Constantly making promises they did NOT keep. Do you really want to support a company that does this?

I have used Schaal Heating and Cooling for over 9 years now and have never had a bad experience. Their technicians are very polite and know what they are doing. They have always been neat & tidy too. The gals in the office are very helpful in scheduling my calls whether it be for our yearly cleaning or for a service call when I need them out asap. I would recommend them to all my friends.

The service that was provided to me and my family was terrible. I would not recommend Scaal to anyone! I also know some one that works there and that person said that the employees are not treated fairly, I feel sorry for those people. I would highly recommend using another company, I don't see how Schaal could have possibly been recognized by any organization!! I switched to Lozier Heating and cooling and I'm glad I did!!!!

This company is not very responsible. They called us to do work for them and we completed the task they requested.
They have owed us an invoice for over $1200 and it has been 6 months now and they have not paid us, and they screen the calls so they don't have to face us.
They can not, and do not operate in a professional manner, and I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I called and they responded on time!
My sewer had backed up, and it was a huge mess and needed to be taken care of NOW! I called and they were here when they said they would be, they took care of my problem and even cleaned up the mess. Needless to say I was very pleased!
