Homelessness is a major issue in all large cities. Rate the following ideas for addressing the homeless problem, and provide your own suggestions. Admittedly, some of these suggestions are pretty outrageous and downright heartless. I won't delete them though b/c it would unfairly delete some reviewer comments. I would say the best thing we can do is volunteer at a homeless shelter, be respectful and cordial when declining to give cash handouts, and stop by Paradise Bakery or other cookie shops and they'll generally give you the cookies that they plan to throw out at the end of the night if you tell them you're going to hand them out to the homeless.
