What Do Guests Want/Expect from a 3 Star & Higher Hotel?

When you are a guest of a hotel like the Sheraton, the Hilton or the Marriott what do you expect in amenities, service etc.. and how does that determine how you treat hotel employees?

Star Rating Scale: 1 = Don't say anything or ask for / 2 = nice touch / 3 = okay but `want more / 4 = Leaves Bad Remarks on Comment / 5 = Demanding and Rude
