The purpose of this weblist is to evaluate American efforts in Iraq: from its execution of the war, to its outcomes. Most would agree that there have been some successes such as the election, and some shortcomings such as the continued casualties a the hands of insurgents. Let's try and take a look at the specifics of the war - where the Bush Administration is succeeding and where it is failing. One major caveat - the full effects of the Iraq war may not be known for years.
